I have spoken to him since the incident you know! And if he had taken it off me the tears would of caused a major flood problem in Morecambe (and of course that would of meant that it wouldn't be visiting the Seibiant Hill railway in August ;) )

Please note Uncle Keith that at the SHR we have taken precautions to ensure the high level line is not the result of any incident.

this incident is a very good reason to have handrails on your (high) bridges. i have two moderatly high (for 16mm scale that is) bridges that both run over a stream. thankfully nothing has gone swimig yet, but there have been close calls and this has made me think maybe its about time i made some handrails!

We have always considered adding the half height parapet walls to jubilee bridge but
1. We havent got round to it yet
2. W reckon it would spoil the photos.

By the way ratty your urinal looks brilliant.

It does actually vary to an extent to aviod some of the rivet detailing. It's between 3 and 5mm wide, though mostly 3.5mm or 4.5 mm.
