Admin messages

Hi folks
With recent logging in problems, a few messages about issues were sent to the Admin Team. That's not a problem, but please can you give your messages meaningful titles - such as "Log-in problem" or "I've forgotten my password" etc. rather than "Hi" or "Help me".

We receive around twenty spam messages a day - mostly trying to sell us stuff or trying to entice us into doing something unsavoury. We tend to highlight these messages as a block and delete them, but we do try to identify any genuine messages from their titles.
