I don't know if this will help but here goes...
I had a similar problem with my Ragleth, in the end it turned out to be the gas jet/burner where it enters into the boiler. It had become dislodged and did not have an air tight seal. This meant that the holes where the air IS supposed to get sucked in, to mix with the gas properly, were effectively blocked off due to backdraft. This in turn caused the flame to not get enough air-to-gas mix. Some adjustment of the pipes and the position of the burner made it sit in place properly and on testing had a roaring flame...
I realise it is an Accucraft and not a Roundhouse, but I understand they both share a similar closed flue system.
Hope this helps!
