During the recent fuel shortage, the management saw fit to rebuild one on the lines small diesels. Well, thats the official story. The unofficial one is that the original loco had an accident too many and had become mostly glue. A quick trip to the model shop and some minor sweet talk got 3 sheets of plasticard for 60p. The floor and buffer beams are double thickness, the body being single with some inner strengthening.

I think it needs a little muffler and an exhaust pipe sticking out of the bonnet somewhere. Other than that it looks very nice. My opinion is to keep it clean, but what do I know.
