Does any one know if I can fit 16mm Brandbright wheels to Big Big Tippers?

Yes, you can. BUT...
- The treads are wider so you need to file a bit off the inside of the frames to allow the wheels to clear.
- The axle ends are too long so you'll need to file a bit off the end of each one.

If that does not work, Roy Wood has steel replacements, GBP 6 for a set of four. Per his listing, they are a drop-in fit and add weight to the wagons.
