IP Engineering products into EU

Post by Allu » Wed Jun 10, 2026 8:31 am

IP Engineering does not export anymore their products into EU. I do not find any retailers of theirs operating in the EU region either. Does anyone happen to know if there is any source (reseller, webshop etc) who can deliver their products to EU (Finland)?
Cheers,

Allu

Unfortunately, we are all 'cottage industries' and are not able to bear the costs of having a 'responsible person' as our representative somewhere in the EU.

However, should you make a purchase and have it sent to someone in the UK.
They can then send it on as a 'gift' from one individual to another.

An unintended consequence, of our departure from the club..

This really is a pathetic ruling, and very easily circumvented. I've found a few retailers who let me pay for the posting, essentially sending from myself to myself.

As has been said, it can also be delivered to a GB address and then sent on. Any ruling that can be got around that easily is toothless, and like Prohibition was in the US, it'll eventually be quietly forgotten.

There is a website called MyUs.com that has warehouses in both the USA and the UK. From there, your package—along with many others—is forwarded to your country. Then shipped to your address. This means you effectively have a local address in the UK and the USA, so you only pay local shipping rates. Once the package arrives at the warehouse, they will select the cheapest possible method to ship it to the EU or other countrys all over the world. You have to pay for this then.

I used MyUs to get a part from an Austrian manufacturer!—which was only sold in the US—(pre internet) delivered here to the Netherlands.

The best possible way to get a package from outside the EU into the EU! with reasonally costs!

You can choose to pay the customs import fee together with the shipping costs by using Myus, like the Ebay international shipping program.
