Excellent service from IP Engineering

At the beginning of last week I ordered some wheels and axleboxes from IP Engineering, which arrived last Wednesday - good service, I thought.

On Saturday I went to fit them and realised that one wheel on one axle was out of true, with a distinct wobble. I dropped IP an email from their website on Saturday, explaining it and asking for one replacement axle and wheels. This morning a pair of axles and wheels arrived in the post!
No quibbles no arguing and very fast. Can't ask any more than that, that's what customer service should be.

So, a big thank you to IP Engineering.

I lost a bearing once. My own fault. Replaced without issue. I've ordered online in the past and always had great service from them.

Always get excellent service from them, although I don’t get that much from them, they do have some nice kits.

I have to say that Ivan was very good when I had some parts missing from a kit. He has always been pleasant and helpful in all my dealings with him.
