In all seriousness the failure is not that impressive. I took the Millie on to the bench to do a boiler flush out initially, because the sight glass was clogged somewhere. I then started to small an electrical smell and the servo expired. I still cannot work out how as the radio was turned off at the switch.
I whipped out the servo and took the scorched lid off.

I can only assume the switch has caused this issue, so rather than mess about I have ordered a new servo, switch and a spare receiver (just in case it is blown).
Then I set about the task I originally planned to do (after opening all the windows).

Sand in the boiler? Why and where from? I guess the previous keeper filled this engine from a water butt without filtering it at all. Either that or it was used with sea water? Who knows…..

So instead of flushing the boiler, I decided to dredge it….
