I know roundhouse have changed to using thinner oil recently, does the hole size in the lubricator pipe indicate which one to use? Mine appears to be 1mm or perhaps a tad smaller.

Don't know about the old ones., but current production lubricators have a 0.5mm oil hole in the steam line. Easiest way to measure it is to the test the size using a drill shank, if you have a set of fine drills in 0.1mm increments.Big Jim:106158 wrote:I know roundhouse have changed to using thinner oil recently, does the hole size in the lubricator pipe indicate which one to use?
