Plus supplied No 5 (on left complete as new with more nice bits)
I hope things change in the near future & allow Alan to get back into the excellent work he has done already.

Proper restoration project was that- you are truly daft! Love what you've done with it though.

LOL, daft indeed I am. But No 1 is an important loco to me & needed doing up. When I found it & then searched the internet for mamod bits it opened up a whole new world. When it broke it was the days of "write to so & so for details & prices for parts & spares"! Nowadays of course it is just a click away. Hence how I stumbled across Dream Steam & I was once again hooked. Without that Re-Starting point there would be no new CVLR, no Countess, No Fowler/Edrig/Carrie, just a withered desire to restart my 00 layout.

Everything from the chimney cap down to the 45mm wheelsets bar the frames and bodywork are courtesy Alan at Dream Steam
I too hope that he can "get back to business" as soon as possible and provide the much needed alternative supplier to PPS

A blast from the past... she's been in bits for over 2 years now! Must get her back on the rails.
