Just like to say what good service i have had from IP Eng,i sent for a motor/gearbox unit which was sent without bearings i sent them an email and was sent a complete unit .
What great customer service.

I had a faulty gland nut (that's NOT a euphemism!), I rang Ivan asking for a replacement and a couple of days later I had four new ones!

I just have a problem now need to ring him up and sort it out, no doubt he will be brilliant about it as always.
