Thanks for the kind comments!
I should have credited Rik for the inspiration for this build. I had started with the intent of printing off his design for Glyn and ran up against the problem of size restrictions with my printer. Sir Theodore/Dennis were 1ft shorter than Glyn so I modelled them instead and could print at a slightly larger scale.

I much prefer your model. Mine started off in 7mm and was rescaled to 15mm. I think your earlier version with the gull wing style cab front looks a lot more interesting. I also did away with the condensing pipework which they removed later on in the loco's lifetime

I'm loving this model! I'd pay good money to have a 16mm scale version, I have a PDF models example but it isn't TOTALLY accurate, so perhaps the new owner might appreciate a design that is closer to the real thing?

Would this work if the original GVT gauge was scaled to 32mm track? 13.4736842105mm to the foot roughly

Hi Tommy, rescaling would need some redesign as the model is made up of 3D printed parts and 3mm Perspex sheet. Just rescaling the print without a corresponding change in sheet thickness would mean various parts wouldn’t fit or would be misaligned.
