SE scale on O gauge track

Would it be called SEn18 or SE32? 
I prefer SEn18 because it states the real life gauge it represents.
I prefer SEn18 because it states the real life gauge it represents.I'm not sure, maybe both! I see both ways for e.g. O scale on 16.5mm track, but O-16.5 tends to refer to European/UK modeling and On30 is usually American narrow gauge. I feel like I've seen people write SE32 but I don't remember ever seeing SEn18. (Here's an example: https://bolelasercraft.com/shop/scales-and-gauges/)
Talking with American modelers you might be more likely to be understood with SEn18, though most of us aren't familiar with SE anyway, and might get it confused with S gauge!
