I would say in theory, yes, as long as their electronic skills are better than their translation skills!
" GoolRC Super-active and passive anti-jamming skills. Very low power consumption.
High reception sensitivity. Use a linear spread of fine paragraph through an excess antenna.
It covers the entire bandwidth of the antenna bandwidth range. "
However that begs the question why take the risk instead of buying Deltang?

Just thought it was cheap Phillip, also don’t know who best to buy from for the Deltang....

Yes it will be perfectly useable. It looks like it is a FlySky transmitter which I have used for R/C aircraft. Range is good. It won't work with Deltang equipment though - wrong protocol. For that you need a DSM2 TX.

You already use Deltang Rod so not sure why you are asking?

Well Tom it’s mainly so when they Grandsons come round they both can have control of their battery locos. At the moment the Deltang Tx I have now has you know can operate up to 12, but then they are set at the speed they are running at and you can only control one at a time can’t you, so that’s mainly what I want another one for, if I can get two reasonably cheaply with Rx’s that would be perfect, I could then let them both have use of their own loco and I could then use the one I have now for my own use if you see what I mean....

You already have Deltang Rx's in these locos so just buy the basic Deltang Tx's for the kids:
