Hi all.
Took a ride in the new FR observation carriage 150 on Saturday afternoon from B.F. to Porthmadog behind David Lloyd George. £7 supplement on top of the WHR member discount.
WOW. if you get the chance, do it. Sat in the front left hand seat. An hour of bliss with a coffee.

Hi David,
I check the railways webcams most nights, and often watch the passengers sitting in the observation car if it stops just in view of the camera at Minffordd. Always thought it a little incongruous as it doesn't match other stock, not withstanding the views it must afford and that it is a beautifully built carriage.

This is of course carriage No. 150. No idea where the number 125 came from. :-)

Must admit that was my fault, you originally put 105 which I mis-corrected to 125 which of course is the number of the service car that runs with 150....!
Now corrected properly.
