That s a very nice loco, all the extra detailing is fantastic, those cab steps look much better than the origional ones.

Phew! I'm late on here tonight - I thought SWMBO was never going to move over (at least the computer chair is warm  )

Matt, that looks stunning :!: and you were right (again) about the whistle :D .
Lovin' the new look with the smokebox, Buffer beams & crossheads! Any other surorises up your talented sleeve????????
I can't tell you how pleased I am, fantastic job there once again from the Berry Hill Works!

Now then, Andy - thanks for the pics of CNICHT. That is some detailing job - very nice :D

Very nice indeed. What's the postbox flap on the one cabside for.. :D
Lovely finish to it & that colour suits well.

Its a 'coal hole' alot of locos with internal cab bunkers have them to make coaling from the outside easier. plus this covers a bad patch of paint where an old nameplate used to be

Well, it was never the intention when I set out to get a Bertie (Ijust wanted an affordable Roundhouse loco), but as soon as I saw the repaint she'd had I thought she wouldn't look amiss at the head of a rake of Corris stock.
Since her visit to Berry Hill Works I'd say she definately looks the part! :D

I've made a start on the coaches today, hopefully get the third class done for sunday so she can have a "Talyllyn-esque" train for her first outing!

I've still got the Locolines Hughes kit to build for the project - just waiting for the round tuit!
