Taps good but difficult to get a bucket under! Its good work but these wagons did serve a purpose

I believe the purpose these wagons served was for transporting tar from
where it was made at Pandy to a coating plant near Chirk where it was
unloaded, I would imagine, by some sort of trough arrangement under the tap.
