Roundhouse Engineering: Tom Rolt

Post by D7106 » Sun Mar 21, 2010 8:41 pm

I was wondering if Roundhouse are going to bring out Tom Rolt (Talyllyn Railway) in 2010. I have heard rumours about it, but it would be good if they did realise them. I am aware that Steve Acton used to build them, and I know that Roundhouses' won't be to scale, but I was wondering if anybody knew about any new realises by Roundhouse?

I have it from a most reliable source that Tom Rolt will indeed be the new Roundhouse loco this year.........

This is what I am lead to believe. Also there maybe a steve acton one for sale second hand at the show. this is due to the sad departure of member Dan Keen who I believe some of his stock will be for sale at the show. A RC Tom rolt was a model he possesed.

I believe that this rumour is true and I also know that the reason for ip engineerings new talyllyn range is due to that Ivan believes this too. I hope it's not a long wait! :D
