yes its a pretty cheap price for it.

Iv seen boxed mint sets go for up to £300.

the engine works great but the track is that old and distorted that it wont run with the coaches and keeps on derailing by itself so until I can get a loop of cheap mamod track somewhere itll just be for display

That red loco looks like a Chad Valley loco. Nice if it is, Chad Valley stuff is getting hard to find.

Unfortunately old tinplate track is often found in a twisted condition from being stepped on and roughly pulled apart. I was thinking about trying to relay some tinplate rail on wooden sleepers to see if it could be reclaimed.
