Remember these being mentioned years ago on another forum, did they ever go into production?

Yes, they sold them as separate kits released in stages, chassis, boiler and body.

You won't want to know about the Saxon Meyer that German Accucraft are making for next year either then! :P

Smaller Harz engines are available from Herrmann and Reppingen:

All three are nice, though I am not too fond of locomotives with all the plumbing on the outside. The 0-6-0T especially looks like something you might find on an industrial line - 'Trefoten' or CAP gauge - in Norway or Sweden - though it would need some cosmetic changes such as chimney numerals, and a name - I never have figured out how many Thors and Lokis were running around in Norway on the narrow gauge - definitely several!

The fun fact is that the 99.221 and 99.223, which are the two sister engines of the 99.222 above, actually ran in Norway. They where brought to the 1000 mm gauge Thamshavnbanen by the Germans in 1944. :)
