Believe me Aaron, you have achieved as much, if not more in a far shorter time. And remember, the camera can lie!Old Man Aaron wrote: ↑Sat Jun 26, 2021 4:05 pm Another entertaining report an a well-developed line. Can't go wrong.

Re: The Great Garden Railway Inspection Reports
A reply from Mitch appeared as a "New Post" notification, so my guess is that mitch wrote one, then took it down again for further editing? We look forward to seeing it when the Inspector's ready Mitch!
Andrew.

I think Lonsdaler had done such a brilliant report, I think that members now think they need to do one just like his.

If like Andrew says Mitch posted it, then took it down, have you any ideas on why we received the notification..Or is it just the way the system is, when a member posts a comment it automatically sends notifications out whether or not it is taken down. It's just to clarify to members, so we don't have to ask again.
It's nothing against Admin, it something I haven't seen before I don't think, my memory can't recall..

You can't directly upload more than 2 pictures to any post to delay the day when we run out of storage space on the Host servers.
There are several workarounds though - Read the "Forum - How to...." in the Forum General section.

"Does anyone know a Mr Spectre?"
"No"
"I don't think so"
"Well he's going to be here next week apparently. He is to be given access to all the infrastructure and facilities under our control, for the purposes of a thorough inspection."
"We're going to need to hide some stuff"

Brilliant start! I'm looking forward to this one.

Re: The Great Garden Railway Inspection Reports
Its universally known that when seeing someone in clean Hi-vis with a hardhat you best look busy but luckily for the crew of the Down Pass to Myrtleford this fella seemed to be looking for an Eltham South Electric tramway. He soon boarded for a slow trip over the mountain towards the Museum tramway interchange.
Usually passengers aren't permitted to stand on the end platform as the guard is required to have a view of the entire train while underway but it seemed no one wanted to bother Mr Spectre
Thanking the crew at the conclusion of his journey Mr Spectre will be back in a week or two for an inspection of the NEVR right of way
