Andrew wrote: ↑Wed Aug 28, 2024 2:13 pm Hi all,

I think I mentioned that I fancied painting some more railway-style signs? These are based on carriage and locomotive numbers, and were a test run on some scrap wood, with the idea that I'd use this style for some friend's door numbers. I think they're actually a bit ornate for that, but I might do some bigger ones (say 12", these are about 4"), just for the fun of it. I learned lots from doing these that I can incorporate into future ones.

Hope you like 'em!

Andrew.
Most impressive! I see what you mean about the style but they look like good artwork to me.

Awww, thanks gents, much appreciated!

The signwriting's a bit of a side hobby, output's never going to be prolific, but I'll continue to post stuff that may be of interest...

Andrew.
