I like ofario's new name plate, I suspect they are from narrow planet?
Man I cant wait to get my Mamod kit built up and go steaming with it to shows around the country.
It would be cool to have a line up of swordbeaker, britomart, ofario and pioneer( name of my loco due to being my first live steam loco).
And also who would like to see a br blue mamod?

Thanks

Yes they are from Narrow planet.
A line up like that would be nice to see but as they use different forms of fuel, I don't think running them on the same train would be a good idea... having two using the same type of fuel on a train is alright as it takes about the same amount of time to re fuel and fill up with water... Gassing up next to two meths locos could be a recipe for disaster... Although a Photoshoot with:
Dolmur Goch,
Britomart,
Ofario,
Swordbreaker
And your Pioneer would be a good thing to see!
Also... Ofario was my first steamer in this scale and also my first loco in this hobby

Can think of a few railways it could be done at James...

But while we're at it we might as well organise a great mamod gathering...

As soon as I posted that I thought to my self " oh britomart's in BR blue Sam". Pioneer's livery will be the "early BR blue livery" with white and black lining with the lovely BR early crest. Just imagine the livery that tornado and sir Nigel gresley painted on to a mamod. We could say that your britomart has been in longer BR service than mine.
Pioneer will be gas fired so any double heading would have to be done with Doug's swordbeaker.
Having a gala for the locos is a great idea. I would love to "launch" pioneer at the gala. Looking at it butterly is the most central location for everyone. Only trouble is they is not a way for me to get there (because i live up in the cold north east of England) unless I go by train but I don't really have the nerve to go on the trains by my self( I am 15). Any way round this?
cheers Sam
