Roundhouse have announced their latest engine

I think William's going to like this one, the latest Roundhouse engine, due for release in August is a model of the Ffestniog single Fairlie Taliesin
. Having developed the power bogie, I'm seriously hoping that next years ofering is a double Fairlie!!!
It would be really good if they did an Earl of Merioneth version

A very nice looking loco, at least in CAD.
But a price tag of £1523.40 is too much for me to justify at present.

I was about to post this, and your right LaalRatty, it's already on my shopping list! I hope to pick up a Taliesin this time next year, that's right, I'm deffinatley saving for this one!

That looks like a good engine. How come their not releasing it at the national show this weekend like they ushally do with new models?

I love that! Brilliant! I like, but I dont think the MHLR need's one ATM, we need something like a 'Monarch'. And I like the Lawley. I'm gunna get that IP Jack on saturday for £100, so don't buy before me!

Studying the figures, has left me in the position to say that I hope Roundhouse don't discontinue it to soon, I think that I'll lay off getting one for a while. I'm going to try and get a early meths, slip-eccentric roundhouse loco next

A Victoria would be really expensive cos there wern't that many made, as for an old Lady Anne or Dylan, £500-£1000 seems about right

Yeah, they only produced them for 2 years, before they were replaced by the Lady Ann's and newer engines.
