The 5th Anniversary Steam Up on the SLR(N)

Five years have whizzed by since the conception of my railway. To celebrate, the 17 or so folk that attended ate bacon buns & lots of cake (and some even ran trains)

Thanks to all who attended and particularly those who came from the extremities of the North West and who had to battle through traffic jams to make it.

The 'old' bridge around 5pm....

The'new' girder bridge by 8pm....

You should have entered the 4th photo down in the competeition - labelled "The P.Way department are on Holiday!" - they certainly haven't been de-veg ing! Brilliant photo!!!

I may put a couple of my better ones up later this week, but I am rather busy at the moment with videos for youtube and also the FfR Barn carriage having managed to get some interior pics
