Seriously though, that's a very interesting film of what looks like a pretty fantastic railway. I especially loved that complete Vale of Rheidol train in one of the shots - oh, to have one of those on the MVR...but alas, well out of my price range!

The next open day is on 19th June 2008 - 'Garratt Sunday'.
It'll be the day when the Garratt type will be in attendance most, but anyone is welcome to bring any type/make of loco.

All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!! Thats the biggest garden railway I've ever seen! Have you got one of 'em Garratts going spare?!
Will, is that one of them Heywood Style Brakevans being hauled by that blue Hunslet?!

Looks like a Heywood type to me, although of course the originals were 15" rather than 2' gauge.
