I'd NEVER go back to 4mm scale - if I dropped a bit on the floor (a) I can't see it and (b) I wouldn't be able to pick it up!

Brilliant, Zach. These videos are always useful to me, even if I don't buy the kit!

I think Daisy's presence throughout the video made it really

I think she also features in the second part- this (or millie her twin) is the cat which smashed the DVLR guards van.

NEVER, EVER work with animals!

Seriously though, a very instructive video - I liked the idea of speeding up the boring bits. When it's done, get Andy to include links to them in the instructions!

Can't you capture stills off the video?

The carriage is finished but i want to get some footage of it on my railway behind a steam loco. The wheels etc are a REALLY tight fit, especially for 2ft 9 and 3/4 inch guage!!

I highly doubt the wheels fit within the compartment Ashpan, if they are 2' 9 3/4" gauge! I would have thought the widest you could get in there would be 45mm / G gauge (just to upset Mr B) at most!

Sorry 42mm guage?????
No 45mm gauge in 16mm scale (Not 15mm scale or G scale) comes out at 2 ft 9 and 3/4 inch guage.
The kit has been well designed and the 45mm gauge chassis fits well, albeight tightly, into the body as you said it fits up into the seat bit.

I will relese the second part of the video when I have had time to get into the garden and film it behind a steam loco with other stock.
At the moment I have alot of courcework so I can not get out into the garden.

Hiya Mr B, for some reason, I'm not getting your video - but would REALLY like to see it! (It sounds a brilliant idea!)
Any chance of posting it to You Tube and sending/posting the link?

Like you I'm a follower of the "If it looks right, it is right" brigade.

I've always fancied putting together a Ffestiniog rake and I just love how easy the Andel kits are to build - I can see my loco fund taking a bashing (again!)

Cheers, Greg.
