Outside framed motor blocks for 45mm gauge

In addition to the .stl files you will need:

For the V1 motor block:
  • 4 x M3 square s/s washers (from eBay)
  • 4 x 6mm M3 s/s grub-screws (from eBay)
  • 2 x 4mm dia s/s shafts (from MFA Como
  • 2 x 4mm bore bevel gears (from MFA Como)
  • 1 v 918D301/1 gearbox motor (from MFA Como)
  • 4 x 4mm brass bearings (from Essel Engineering - email and ask for a special order)
  • 2 x 4mm bore 16 tooth timing belt pulley (from eBay)
  • 1 x T2.5-180-10 10mm wide 180 length looped timing pulley (from eBay)
Optional
  • 4 x 30mm dia wheels with 4mm bore (from Essel Engineering - email and ask for a special order

(NOTE: If you don't want to use the timing belt, then you could use the fly-cranks and coupling rods from the V2 motor block)

For the V2 motor block:
  • 8 x M3 square s/s washers (from eBay)
  • 8 x 6mm M3 s/s grub-screws (from eBay)
  • 2 x 4mm dia s/s shafts (from MFA Como
  • 2 x 6mm bore bevel gears (from Amazon)
  • 1 v 919D301LN gearbox motor (from MFA Como)
  • 4 x 4mm brass bearings (from Essel Engineering - email and ask for a special order)
Optional
  • 4 x 30mm dia wheels with 4mm bore (from Essel Engineering - email and ask for a special order

And here are the bushes from Essel (make sure you ask for 4mm bore - they are not listed but Stephen will make them as a special order)
