3D Printed Colour Light Signal
Ive been working on a few 3D printed items and this is just one.
Components all designed and printed out of black ABS.
Stainless steel tube used for the pole.
5mm LED holders fit into the front plate
LED's in place with a drop of superglue on the back and wired to a multi-core cable running up through the steel tube
Whole case then glued together (considered screws but once together if they break i can easily just make another)

Nice work!
I'm currently working on a similar project. What size are the LED's that you've used?

Re: 3D Printed Colour Light Signal
5mm for the standard three lights and im working on a left and right feather version using 3mm LED's.
Im not really trying to work to any prototypical scales just as long as it "looks right" - going for more of a "train set in the garden" than a "model railway"

4 x 3mm LED's wired in parellel for the feather
Had to add a 100 Ohm resistor into the 12v feed of the feather otherwise it lights up most of the garden
