Running roundhouse engines on MSS track

Can Roundhouse locomotives be run on MSS track, I have a large MSS Track layout.

Yes if it's a battery powered engine, but if it's a steamer I wouldn't stop in one place too long :shock:

Sorry to disagree, years ago I was running Mammod locos on Mammod track (which I believe is the same as MSS).
It was quite happy to have burning hex blocks sitting on it, and worst case scenario you would only have to replace one section.

It would only be the radius of the points that might cause a problem, I have a Jenny that has run on old Mammod track, but not negotiated the divergent road on a turnout.

Is the opposite true, Can MSS run on Peco Track?

Do you mean running Mamod on Peco Track or roundhouse on Mamod track.

Many Roundhouse locos will foul the levers on Mamod points with the wider buffer beams in my experience. Can be solved by modifying the point levers, and obviously not an issue if you don't have Mamod points.
