Cunning Plan
Cunning Plan
A little trick for re-sticking glazing sheets that have come loose in a coach with a fixed roof.
The offending article
Use normal PVA glue to stick a screw to the glass. Leave until well set.
Apply glue in the relevant places and position with the screw.
When the glue is set, twist the screw to remove and gently pick off the PVA.
Job done.

If at first you don't succeed, use a bigger hammer!

I would share my 'bluetack on a screwdriver' one but I've seen that it action on here already - I am on the lookout for a gripping screwdriver that I saw on James May's 'The Assembler' TV programme - a good watch.
He acquired it off fleabay but said there were limited stocks - looked perfect for many 16mm tasks - especially when you have very 1:1 hands!
