looks good.. Would love to be able to do somthing like that but with funds at a all time low due to my latest purchase things dont look too rosey

Today dad and i put up the scafhold tower to cut the top of the hedge before we put the railway there, once its there, it may never be cut again.

the dog also helped by......squashing down some hedge, and playing with a log.

she also found somthing in the dirt, no idea what, but she liked it.

then in the evening i set about putting some treatment on the board, which i shal continue tomorrow.
hopefully mroe work will take place at the weekend

Wow Andy, the railway is racing on now! Looks like you will have to go next door to cut the hedge next time lol! Glad to see your dog likes to help making Garden Railways lol. Mine likes to eat mine (the plants lol!).

Looking goood! we have a tower like tht nearly identical at twyford but its yellow! last time i was up it i nearly fell off

slightly more progress today

it started to rain so i got the picnic bench umbrella thing.

next will be to felt over the boards then screw the track on, then try and get dad to buy some fence posts!!!
dig some ole's , put the legs in, board on top, concrete the track, then one section done.

did a bit more stuff today.
i went to gmes in the morning, so i didnt get anything done then, came home, did a bit for a few hours, then it started raining, and didnt stop, so we called it a day.
but i got another board done, so that the left side done... nearly.

and i know the cut end board is not very well done, but its only going to be covered with felt

once i get some kind of quarry or works done, one of the works locos will be this-
i didnt want it to look to hunslet like, but it looks very similar.
more designs will be done i suppose.

did some more work today.
dad made the last board, which needs to be treated.
we got the legs on one board, dug some holes then i put some felt on the board.
pics to follow tomorrow.

I shall probably put some legs on other boards tomorrow, then felt them, then its one step closer to completion.
I can now put track on the board!
