You should be OK with PVA, it's what I use on my indoor layouts

If you mean "will PVA stick ballst" - yep, no probs, best way is to lay the ballst, then mix a 50/50 PVA/water solution (add a drop of washing up liquid to break the surface tension) and then carefully soak the ballst.Matt wrote:Cheers, what about ballast?
