I think that's the even narrower gauge mine trackway, referenced on page 1: https://gardenrails.org/forum/viewtopic ... 98#p179429

Yes this is the other side of the mine feeder line. The trestle does a very pointless loop out over the mainline track, around a tree on a rock outcropping, then goes back over a second trestle into the mountain. Maybe there was a terrible cave in and the line had to be rerouted out of the mountain and then back in??

You could add a loading chute and dump skips off the side of the trestle into a waiting train below? :mrgreen:

I did consider doing this. maybe at some point...( I did make one of Rik's sand hoppers a few years ago and may incorporate it here once I find it again)
