You get in the way of other people with slow running engines on a mainline, then you will eventually get pushed off.

It isn't my fault Meldrew is slower than Bluebottle. It needed more power. Mind you, all the kids loved him. Following him around going ''look at the slow green one! It's captain slow''. He looked good pulling Will's Bug box & someone else's accy W&LLR wagon with a can of coke in it :lol:

Yes but at running sessions little stupidly slow battery locos just get in the way and p**s ppl off so they get pushed out the way

You have just told the story of how Bluebottle became the NWAG's most hated engine, it was SLRmidge putting it in front of much faster engines, firstly at one of my steamups and then secondly at PTLRfest (of all times!)

My dad's diesel is fast... But I still ram it out the way because it's a diesel... doesn't belong at "STEAM UPS"!!! joke :lol:
