I only ever dealt with Dream Steam when it was under Alan Dunster's ownership.

Back then, in my view, only Roundhouse had such as good service as Alan did

Problem solved. I'm planning to buy a RWM Janet. Roy is a very friendly guy and he always answers to each email.
