Hey i havent posted much ..... lol =S

Does anyone have and plans for a whistle or chuff pipe for edrig bearing in mind im a novice lol and dont have a lathe ..... yet lol grrr neeed one.

only reason im asking is i know there is many commercial ones i could buy which would work better than anything i make but i the only way i will learn is by goin wrong (EEK!) and i enjoy the making of it more than result :P

chuff pipe is easy enough, jsut get some pipe that fits over the exhaust boss, cut a slot in the bottom, and another at the top crimp the top. done

Yes! Mistakes as you say are a really good way of learning (believe me!) But dont scrap anything if it does work! Your next attempt may not work as well and thus money is lost. Just have a go and if it ain't broke don't fix it! (I should really listen to my own advise more often!)

If at first you don't succeed, have a cup of tea and think it over.

That generaly works for me!
