Spring has Sprung!
Spring has Sprung!
I don't know about you, but plantlife in my garden has proliferated over the past two weeks.
If all the sycamore seedlings which have taken root on my railway actually turned into trees, I'd have considerably more forest than railway

Same here in (western) North Yorkshire where hedges and trees are just showing the first flush of green. Visiting friends near Castle Howard (same county and latitude but further east) a couple of weeks ago and we were surprised how much more advanced their spring was, with trees already in leaf.

Sounds like a job for that Regner of yours - tapping off the boiler to supply a steam weed-killer box mounted under a wagon.
Seriously though, the overgrown look is wonderful. Picking weeds is strangely therapeutic, I miss that.Regards,
