A New Emett

It is a model I have been promising myself for many years but chickened out dut to the complex curves and structure of the vehicle. But now I have been encouraged by my on-site responses and success at Telford Exhibition, s...

More and more exquisite detail every time. Is this a 'stand alone' piece or will it form part of a larger scheme?
I just love it!

Superb..... I would love to create everything to such a high standard, but, I don't have another 400 years to live.

Gw,
This stuff is all too good!!! I'm beginning to wonder whether you should get out more?

On second thoughts, keep it up and carry on feeding us these brilliant inspirational creations.

GW, as requested, a larger immage of my 'ikon'. Also, two pictures of my some of my Emett models which are taking over my model making life at the moment... The first is 'NEPTUNE' which was built fot the 'Festival of Britain' exhibition in 1951. This system carried passengers around the site on 15&q...

Hi GW The 'icon' I use is an Emett influenced drawing which I use to show my passion for his work. My own models are large scale, probably bigger than 7/8 scale (but who knows how big the originals were?) all based on Emetts cartoons. There should be some on this site also on A.W.N.U.T.S. I too work...

Engine Shed for the E de Si

Absolutely stunning!!!!!

I'm in modelmaking heaven when I see such skill and attention to detail...
It's true this is unsuitable for outdoor use but in an exhibition venue it is a certain crowd pleaser.

Brilliant,

Peter.

Emett in the garden

This is my first post on this site, although I have made those on A.W.N.U.T.S. suffer for months now! For those who havn't seen my Emett stock before I offer you 'NEPTUNE'. Created for the 1951 Festival of Britain passenger carrying railway, 'Far Tottering and Oyster Creeek', this locomotive ran on ...
