The gentleman in the photo is listed as Rod Wilson. Isn't this Brian Wilson from Wilson Locomotive Works in Toowoomba?

Re: Eric build
Graeme,
Thanks for the link to issue #192 on the coal fired boiler for Brian Wilson's " Jack ". I may never convert my Jack to coal firing but wanted to see the article and what was involved.

Re: Gas burner for pot boiler

Re: Bowande/GRS Quarry hunslet
An observation on the Goodall Valve pictured. Does the hole in the valve go all the way through the valve body? The water should have 2 openings at the bottom of the valve for the water to pass through. Accucraft's Goodall valves use this arrangent. I have bought an aftermarket unit and it was not d...

Re: Radio Controled Summerlands FX Chuffer
Hugo, I have an Accucraft Earl fitted with R/C , Slomo and a Summerland Chuffer. Running on our club layout with a 10 car train at a realistic speed , I can shut the throttle and the train will drift to a halt . The Slomo unit will carry the whole train forward 20 to 30 feet as it coasts to a halt. ...
