Re: Regner Vincent water refill frequency
As Simon has posted above, if you have a Ronson gas filler valve conversion fitted then you will be putting more gas into the gas tank than originally designed so the gas will then generally outlast the water on most Regner Easy Line locos, including the Vincent. Most of the Easy Line locos use a 4m...

Re: SM32 set-track
Your problem is the Medium Radius points (SLE-695 & 696) are 1524mm (60in) radius. There is no setrack for that radius hence you need to make your own with the flexible track. Alternatively use the Small Radius points (SLE-691 & 692) with the 2nd Radius setrack curves (ST-607). Curious that none of ...

Re: New jennie my frist steamer
I just got a round house Jennie. Its shipping now cant wait for it. A few questions Frist do i need a pressure gauge? the instructoions say to load up a heavy car for the frist run since it like to jump on the frist runs. Re: Dual Gauge Peco SM32 Track
Hello Phil, 1. No rail bender. I formed most of the required curve by hand & used pliers to make the required bend at each end of the panel. 2. I used my digital calipers which have a screw lock to hold the desired width. I start gluing the middle chair in place with the adjacent ones held in the ri...

Else was in the 2009 catalogue, but not the 2011 or later. It was only available as a kit, so German kit instructions plus the generic operating instructions. Cannot find the Else kit instructions, but found the similar Emma kit instructions. https://web.archive.org/web/20100923044917/http://regner-...

Re: Upgraded MSS loco - expecting too much?
Is there a way I can check the wheels? Best tool is a set of callipers. A fellow member of our 16mm NGM Group was running an MSS which was struggling at the same points on the layout. A collective cry from the members - check your Back to Back (B2B). These came out at 28.5mm (the maximum dimension ...

It is an M3 x 3 grub screw you require.
I endorse the recommendation to use Garden Railways Limited. I've had excellent service from Graham & Janet in supplying parts to keep my Regner loco roster running.

One12Models was a sole trader set up in 2017/8 to sell small batches of kits of models that he had primarily made for family members. Re: Accucraft Excelsior RC battery charging
Hi Andrew, That is incredible bad luck. You can get plugs for servo wires, but an easier option is to get a new male servo lead & solder splice it onto your current servo leads? I would definitely renew the switch harness (if you remove the receiver from the bunker you should be able to hold a new s...

Re: forwards/backwards RC
Sorry for the delay Nigel / Andrew - I do not get notification emails & usually view the Forum without logging in so missed your postings. Nigel, your photo does indeed show that the reverser is out of timing. The scribed line should be flush with the valve block face whilst in reverse so needs to b...

Servo Tester & Planet T5 Failsafe
Was having problems with the reverser servo on my Roundhouse Atlantic, so bought one of those cheap servo testers for diagnosis. A no thrills handheld video showing how it works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkeU542OtPs The potentiometer on the output shaft is faulty, so fitted a replacement serv...

If you need it, Planet T5 manual available here - https://www.manualslib.com/manual/929200/Planet-T5.html Planet T5 Transmitter.jpg Switch on top of transmitter is for Channel 5, so will not affect your reverser channel. The manual trims on the T5 transmitter are notorious for being inadvertenty mov...

Re: Accucraft Ragleth - fitting RC
The forward, neutral & reverse positions of the reverser lever are fixed using an M2 bolt which goes into the appropriate slot.
So either unscrew or fully remove that M2 bolt. Job Done.

Re: Roundhouse TX issues
Your title says TX issues, but the content says issues with RH RXs? If it is the TX that is not powering up then ignore the rest of this reply. I picked up a pre-owned Little John. When it arrived the loco was dead so I tried charging it with the supplied Axtronics smart charger. It went through the...

Rik, I pointed out this Topic to David Hippey (Mr HGLW) - if you get in contact with him he will sort you out. Thank You. When I tried to remove one of these MDF axleboxes with a sharp knife it actually shred a little (like paper) but was still re-usable. My understanding is these HGLW wheel sets ar...
